I've partnered with Idahoan on this sponsored post and all opinions stated are my own.

There's something magical about Sunday Dinners. You know what I'm talking about – Everyone sitting around the table and just enjoying a hot meal and the company. I remember growing up we would often have a big dinner after church at my grandparents.

Those big Sunday dinners are not as common now that everyone is so busy (and my grandparents moved about 11 hours away). I'm bringing back the magic of Sunday Dinner without all the work that my grandmother used to put in.

I prefer to use my slow cooker to make a delicious beef roast. Of course, you can make it in the oven, but I can leave the house with my slow cooker on! You know what that means? I can have the awesomeness of Sunday dinner any night of the week!

What goes better than anything with a yummy, melt-in-your-mouth beef roast? Mashed potatoes! Don't worry, I'm not spending all day peeling, boiling, and mashing! My secret? The new Idahoan Signature Russets mashed potatoes! Idahoan potatoes are grown to perfection in Idaho's rich volcanic soil during its warm summer days and cool summer nights. In fact, more than six pounds of premium Idahoan russet potatoes go into every 16 oz. pouch.

But beyond that, Idahoan is innovating the category with its new proprietary processing method that maintains the potato’s natural goodness and texture. The result: mashed potatoes that taste as good as if you peeled, boiled, and mashed them yourself. I'm serious, they really do taste just like your grandmother's: they have a nice smooth taste with just a hint of butter and cream.

Idahoan Signature Russets Mashed Potatoes are available at outlets nationwide (including Walmart and Kroger) starting September 19, 2016.

New Idahoan Signature Russets deliver great value to Mom because they are also sold in a re-sealable pouch, which keeps the product fresh and available for a Sunday mashed potatoes experience any day of the week.

Between my slow cooker beef roast and these amazing mashed potatoes (that only take five minutes to make), I can make any day taste like Sunday.
