Cookies and Cream Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate Vanilla
  • 15-20 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
  1. Add the Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate to the condensed milk and stir to combine.
  2. Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks (about 3 minutes).
  3. Gently mix a scoop of the whipped cream into the condensed milk.
  4. Now you can add the rest of the whipped cream to the bowl with the condensed milk. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk coffee mixture. Stop when you see just a few small lumps.
  5. Add the crushed cookies and fold gently.
  6. Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container or metal loaf pan.
  7. Top with another crushed cookie.
  8. Freeze overnight
