Tortilla-Crusted Pork
Switch up your dinner with Tortilla-Crusted Pork using fresh marinated pork!
  • Smithfield Marinated Slow Smoked Mesquite Flavor Fresh Pork Loin Filet
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Slice pork loin filet into about 1 inch thick slices.
  3. Place tortilla chips, flour, and egg into separate shallow bowls.
  4. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  5. Coat sliced pork in flour.
  6. Then dip into egg.
  7. Coat in crushed tortilla chips.
  8. Place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake 15 minutes and then flip to finish baking an additional 15 minutes.
