Cheesy Meatball Pizza

  • 1 lb Carando Italian Style Meatballs
  • pizza dough (store bought is just fine)
  • ¾ cup marinara
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • 7-8 mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Bake meatballs on a foil lined tray for 15 minutes, flip and bake additional 8 minutes.
  3. Remove baked meatballs from oven and set aside.
  4. Raise oven temperature to 425 F and preheat pizza stone.
  5. Place pizza dough onto floured hot stone.
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving an edge for the crust.
  7. Top with sliced red onions.
  8. Quarter baked meatballs and add to pizza.
  9. Place mozzarella balls evenly throughout pizza.
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
  11. Bake about 10 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
