Strawberry Cheesecake Granola Parfait

- 3 packs (6 bars total) Nature Valley™ Crunchy Granola Bars Oats and Honey
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (low fat or regular)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups whipped topping, thawed
- ½ lb strawberries, sliced thin
- Using a food processor, pulse the granola bars until they are small crumbs. Set aside.
- Place cream cheese, vanilla, and heavy cream in a medium bowl.
- Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about a minute).
- Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix until everything is well combined.
- Mix in the whipped topping.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp of granola crumbs in cup or glass.
- Place 3-4 thin strawberry slices on top of crumbs.
- Add about 2 Tbsp of cheesecake mixture.
- Top with another Tbsp of crumbs.
- Add about 2 Tbsp cheesecake.
- Place a few strawberry slices on top.
- Sprinkle with granola crumbs.
