Ingredients
Cake
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ¼ All-purpose baking mix
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
strudel topping
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp butter (cold)
  • 2 Tbsp flour
Instructions

  1. Soften 1 Tbsp butter (just about 5 seconds) in mug.
  2. Add sugar and stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in vanilla, greek yogurt, baking mix, and cinnamon.
Strudel topping
  1. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and flour until large clumps form.
  2. Sprinkle over cake batter.
  3. Cook in the microwave about 50 - 80 seconds until set. (Start at 50 seconds and increase in 10 second increments.)
