Two-Ingredient Fruit Juice Gummies

- 1 cup 100% fruit juice
- 6 tsp gelatin
- Heat juice over medium low.
- Add gelatin and whisk continuously.
- When the mixture is just about to a simmer (it only takes a few minutes), the gelatin should be completely dissolved.
- Place molds on a baking sheet and fill molds (careful to not overfill).
- Place the mold (while still on the baking sheet) in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from freezer and pop gummies from their molds.
- Store any remaining gummies (if you have any) in the fridge for up to two weeks.
