Fiery Shrimp Tacos

Serves: 4 servings
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  1. Peel shrimp and remove tails.
  2. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and place in refrigerator to marinate for about 20 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Dump your bag with shrimp and marinade into skillet
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until shrimp is golden and crispy.
  6. Add coleslaw to tortilla, top with shrimp.
  7. Add shredded cheese if you like.
