Wild Blueberry and Chocolate Sugar Cookie Cheesecake

- 1 8oz package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 18oz roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth.
- Using about ⅔ of cookie dough, press dough into bottom of greased pie pan to form crust.
- Spread chocolate chips over cookie dough, leaving about ¼ inch around the edges.
- Add frozen wild blueberries on top of chocolate chips.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over blueberries.
- Crumble and sprinkle remaining cookie dough over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
- Store in refrigerator.
