Sweet & Salty Cereal Clusters

- 4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal
- 1 cup caramel popcorn with peanuts
- ¾ cup m&m's
- 1 cup pretzel sticks, slightly broken
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Using aluminum foil, line the bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix cereal, popcorn, m&m's, chocolate chips, and pretzels. Set aside.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, honey, and butter in a microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on High 2-3 minutes, pausing to stir about every 30 seconds. It should be boiling.
- Once it is boiling, microwave for another minute so it thickens up.
- Allow to cool a few minutes.
- Pour syrup mixture over cereal mixture in bowl.
- Stir until everything is well coated.
- Press mixture into pan firmly.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
- Using a knife, run a few cuts down through to break it up.
When stored covered at room temperature, should last about a week.
