Mini Holiday Hot Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup 2% Great Value Milk
  • 1 packet hot chocolate
  • 1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Vanilla Flavored Frosting
  • ½ cup M&M's® Holiday Milk Chocolate
  • ½ cup M&M's® Hot Chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Make your hot chocolate with milk instead of water and allow to cool.
  3. Mix Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Cake Mix, eggs, oil, and cooled hot chocolate until well combined. You can use a mixer if you'd like, but I usually just mix by hand for a few minutes.
  4. Spray jelly jars (small mason jars) with cooking spray.
  5. Fill jars about ⅓ full.
  6. Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Put both varieties of M&M's® in a plastic baggie and crush them. A rolling pin works great.
  8. Scoop out about ¾ cup Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Vanilla Flavored Frosting into a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for about 30 seconds. Remove and stir.
  9. Spoon about a tablespoon of heated frosting over cakes in jars.
  10. Add a few mini marshmallows and top with broken up M&M's®.
Notes
These are best if served warm.
