Slow Cooker Sausage and Bean Stew

Ingredients
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 3 (15 oz) cans Great Northern white beans
  • 1 (28 oz) jar crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp El Yucateco Black Label Reserve Hot Sauce
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet on medium-high, cook sausage until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  2. Combine cooked sausage and all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or 8 hours on low.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
