Slow Cooker Sausage and Bean Stew

- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 3 (15 oz) cans Great Northern white beans
- 1 (28 oz) jar crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp El Yucateco Black Label Reserve Hot Sauce
- In a large skillet on medium-high, cook sausage until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Combine cooked sausage and all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or 8 hours on low.
- Serve with crusty bread.
