Tropical Chocolate Granola

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup Sunsweet Philippine Mango
- ½ cup Sunsweet Philippine Pineapple
- ½ cup Sunsweet Thai Coconut Chips
- Preheat oven to 250 F.
- Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Pour oats into large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, and brown sugar until a paste forms.
- Pour mixture over oats and mix until all oats are moistened.
- Spread onto lined cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips after removal from oven, stir, and allow to cool.
- Add in dried fruits.
