Candy Bar Ice Cream Cheesecake

  • 10 graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 8 oz tubs Weight Watchers Whipped Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 8 snack size Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars
  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well blended.
  2. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until combined.
  4. Add ice cream bars and mix well, breaking up the bars.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and spread evenly.
  6. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving to make for easier slicing.
