I have partnered with Hormel Foods as part of their Extended Family Blogger Program. While Hormel Foods provides me with material and yummy food, all opinions are my own.

This month’s Hormel box included Chi-Chi’s Salsa Con Queso. I didn’t realize that Chi-Chi’s products were part of Hormel Foods, but was pleasantly surprised!

Potatoes made with Salsa Con Queso makes for an easy side dish using only 3 ingredients!

We’re always interested in quick and easy side dishes, You know how much we love mac & cheese, but potatoes and cheese is a pretty close second!

I was looking in the pantry for something to make with steak. We almost always have potatoes, so I was thinking about making potatoes au gratin and the Chi-Chi’s Salsa Con Queso caught my eye! Easy!

These were incredibly easy and yet delicious!

Salsa Con Queso Potato Bake

At one of my previous workplaces, we had a running joke that I add salsa to everything. I would give my co-workers recipes that included salsa, they’d look baffled, but then amazed when they tried it. I think I’ll be adding this Salsa Con Queso to some of my dishes that I usually add salsa to. Salsa AND Cheese? Yes, please!

Anyway, if you’re looking for a great side dish that doesn’t take much effort, try these cheesy potatoes with a little zing! The boys gobbled them up too, which is always a plus in the mom book!

Not really impressed by this recipe. Was really bland. Not what I expected.
