S’mores Brownies

I’ve been in the mood for something sweet lately. After staring in the pantry for way too long, I decided brownies sounded like a winner. I grabbed the pouch of brownie mix, but decided to make something better or as Charlie said “decorate them”. This of course is something that kids can help with.

S'mores Brownies

You will need:

  • Brownie mix (or make your own)
  • 10 Graham Crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips

We made up the brownies according to the package.

How to make S'mores brownies

Spray the baking dish with cooking spray. Then we lined the bottom of the baking dish with graham crackers.

Pour the Brownie batter over the graham crackers.

Now put them in the oven and bake as your brownie package requires.

When they come out, put marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.

How to make s'mores brownies

Put the brownies back in the oven about 3-5 minutes, just long enough for everything to start to meld together.

When they come out, put the rest of your graham crackers on top. Just break them up a bit.

S'mores brownies

They could’ve stayed in a bit longer, but I was nursing the baby and Daddy was in charge of the brownies at this point. They still taste delicious!

Charlie’s reward for helping! Daddy added some sliced banana to Charlie’s S’more brownie!
