HOP, POP and JUMP into Easter with this DVD Collection

If you’re filling Easter baskets in a couple of weeks, we have a few new DVDs you might want to pick up to toss in there! If you remember our Easter Basket suggestions from last year, you know we only put a little candy in our baskets. DVDs are something that we always include because they are a long-lasting gift that can be enjoyed by everyone.

HOP with LITTLE NUTBROWN HARE

Based on the classic story books, Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare – Someone Special is the latest DVD release in the series. This is really a winter theme, but it has bunnies in it, so it’s definitely a great addition to the Easter basket.

We read the book, Guess How Much I Love You, to the boys frequently. We love being able to watch some new stories unfold on TV, too.

POP with ZACK & QUACK

Zack & Quack are coming to the U.S. for the 1^st time on DVD in the release Zack & Quack: Popping Hopping Easter. This series follows the adventures of a dynamic boy named Zack & his best friend, an impulsive young duck, called Quack. They live inside the most amazing pop-up book ever! It’s a place full of fantastical surprises – where pulling pop-ups makes exciting and unexpected things happen. New worlds and fantastic voyages quite literally unfold before your eyes in this five episode DVD.

This was our first time experiencing Zack & Quack. This show is definitely a hit in our house. Charlie had to watch this twice (right after it finished, he wanted to watch the whole thing again). The episodes are really short and enjoyable for everyone to watch.

JUMP with PEPPA PIG

The lovable little piggy, is back and up to her usual activities in her newest release Peppa Pig: Muddy Puddles. This new DVD is filled with 10 fantastic “peppisodes” that include all the kindness, laughter, fun and gentle life lessons that make Peppa Pig one of the world’s most beloved preschool friends. So spring forward and follow along with Peppa Pig, her brother George, Mummy, Daddy and their animal friends – Suzy Sheep, Pedro Pony and Danny Dog – as they play, learn and jump in muddy puddles!

If you follow our blog, you already know Peppa Pig is a hit in our house. To be honest, I found it a little annoying at first, but that little pig (snorts included) really grows on you! This is a perfect collection of episodes for the Spring!
