My kids love Chuck E. Cheese! I mean, what's not to love? They can climb in the giant soft play area, they can play games, win prizes, and eat yummy pizza!

Fun at Chuck E Cheese

I'm not going to lie, I love when we go to Chuck E. Cheese because it lets Mommy have some fun, too! There are plenty of games I enjoy playing, like skeeball, basketball, and the crazy quarter game trying to get more to fall (I have no idea what it's called, but it always sucks me in).

Chuck E Cheese BBBS

Chuck E. Cheese is ramping up for National Volunteer Month (April) with a nationwide fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). Every single Chuck E. Cheese's location across the country will donate 15% of sales from 3-9PM on 3/31 to BBBS when guests mention the organization.

They're continuing to support BBBS after Little Big Night Out through a donation drive throughout April, where families can donate $1, $5 or any amount of their choice to help BBBS match “Littles” with “Big” mentors.

Pin-Up Ticket

This is a great way for parents to talk to their kids about giving back in a way that isn’t too intense. Some charities that we help – like homeless shelters and cancer support groups- can be a bit scary (I know it's reality, but that doesn't make it any easier to talk to our young children about). I think it's a little less scary for little ones to talk about how BBBS matches kids that may be having a hard time with a nice, smart grown-up to help them make good choices.

And, when kids donate, they get to write their name on a Pin-Up ticket and stick it on the wall to show their support!

We'll be going to Little Big Night Out because it's a fun way to support a great charity! And remember, even if you can't make it to the event, they're collecting donations throughout April.

Chuck E. Cheese is giving one of my readers a Guest Pass (good for a large pizza, 4 drinks + 30 tokens) + 1,000 tickets!

We encourage giving back to others daily. We talk to our week about what it means and we also provide examples. By being role models and helping them to particulate, they get to experience the benefit firsthand of what it means to give to others.

It’s something both of my girls are passionate about. My oldest daughter joined the Key Club this year and has already volunteered numerous times and comes home touched from her experiences. My youngest is still in elementary school but helps out when I’m volunteering. She knows it’s important to help others whenever we can.

We try to lead by example and show him ways we can help others. We let him pick out toys at Christmas time to donate to children whose families are in need. He always takes his time and picks out great toys they may enjoy.

The kids help with donating food and they help go through their toys and clothes to donate also.

We talk about giving back all the time. My son had cancer and we were able to have a Make a Wish trip. We know how wonderful it is to be on the receiving end so it motivates us to give back!

We’re always donating the kids’ old toys and clothes so they know the importance of giving back to those in need.

Each week our children “donate” a portion of their allowance to purchase canned goods for the local food bank.

I talk to them about giving to others because you never know if you will one day have to be on the receiving end when you are in need and it feels great to give to others!!

I talk to them on how important it is to give to others because if God has blessed us we should use our blessings to help others.
