This is week 2 of 30 Things My Kids Should Know About Me.

1. Driving in the Snow. This was never a problem for me. Then in 2007 I put my car in a ditch driving to my now husband’s house for the night. I think it only takes 1 time to put that fear in you. I called him for help and he said he couldn’t come help me because he too, was in a ditch- about 5 miles away from where I was. Seriously guys, we’re meant to be.

2. Spiders. It does not matter how big, what kind, whatever it is- I want it gone. I tell the husband and he gets it and puts it outside. I’m not sure how this came to be. I mean, I know they’re not going to eat me alive, but spiders really do carry some awful things. I’m not trying to become paralyzed because some tiny little spider nibbled on me.

3. Doing wrong. I have no idea where this came from other than the fact that I’m a mother now. I made these two awesome little people, but they rely on me for everything. I’m sure there’s a million things that I’m not doing “right”, but I hope I don’t screw them up too much.
