We took a trip to Ireland last year, but it was just us. We knew immediately the kids would love it, so this time we brought the kids to Ireland! Day 1 We left the house Monday, August 14th about noon and arrived at Newark International Airport at about 2:30, breezed through security, and sat […]

A couple of weeks ago we received a fun surprise from our friends at Netflix! It was a box full of goodies themed around Netflix’s newest original series, Dragons: Race to the Edge.
We absolutely love the random surprises we get from Netflix! We’ve been watching the new #Dragons Race to the Edge series that just premiered. Check it out! #streamteam

It didn’t take us very long to tear into those yummy snacks! If you’re watching the new series, those are some great ideas for themed snacks (which we always love doing). Nacho chips for scales, Bugles for claws, and licorice for dragon tales!
Parenting is always an adventure! Think about all of those situations we’ve been in: boogies, diaper blowouts, puking everywhere and the endless chasing! While some adventures take you abroad, like flying to grandma’s for summer vacation, others can take place at home, like watching a TV show or movie with your child and meeting new characters or visiting a fantastical world together.
This summer, Hiccup and Toothless, from the How to Train Your Dragon films that we’ve all grown to love, are embarking on new adventures in the all-new Netflix original series Dragons: Race to the Edge – and inviting you along for the dragon ride.
Soaring beyond their home on the island of Berk in search of new dragons, Dragons: Race to the Edge introduces some of the most exciting dragons yet, each with its own amazing abilities — shock waves, cannon balls and fire blasts, just to name a few.
With the magical Dragon Eye, an artifact Hiccup finds aboard an abandoned ship, Hiccup learns there is more outside the confines of Berk, and that a little curiosity and determination can make every day an exciting journey. In Hiccup’s own words, “this changes everything.”
