Strawberry Cheesecake Granola Parfaits are a simple dessert that takes just a few minutes to make!

Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 3 packs (6 bars total) Nature Valley™ Crunchy Granola Bars Oats and Honey
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (low fat or regular)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp heavy cream
• ⅔ cup powdered sugar
• 1½ cups whipped topping, thawed
• ½ lb strawberries, sliced thin

Instructions

1. Using a food processor, pulse the granola bars until they are small crumbs. Set aside.
2. Place cream cheese, vanilla, and heavy cream in a medium bowl.
3. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about a minute).
4. Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix until everything is well combined.
5. Mix in the whipped topping.
6. Spoon about 1 Tbsp of granola crumbs in cup or glass.
7. Place 3-4 thin strawberry slices on top of crumbs.
8. Add about 2 Tbsp of cheesecake mixture.
9. Top with another Tbsp of crumbs.
10. Add about 2 Tbsp cheesecake.
11. Place a few strawberry slices on top.
12. Sprinkle with granola crumbs.
