The Surpahs Touch Anti-Fingerprint Precision Digital Kitchen Food Scale is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. It is small, measuring just 5.25” wide x 7.875” long and 0.6” thin. This small size makes it easy to store or even leave on the counter without taking up much space.
If you’re interested in weighing your food for portions, this would be a great scale for you. You can change the units of measure by pressing UNIT to change between g / lb:oz / ml / fl.oz. There are no actual buttons, just touch points. This makes the scale look sleek, but also allows for easier cleaning: there’s no crevices for anything to get stuck on the panel.
With a capacity of 11 lbs, it is also useful for weighing packages to ship. Because the bed of the scale is flat, you can weigh items larger than the bed itself.
If you are like me and frequently forget to turn things off, you’ll love that the scale turns off automatically after 60 seconds of not being used.
