This past month has been a bit of a whirlwind as we ended up extending our stay in Kentucky thanks to a run-in with a deer. I have not weighed in for a couple of weeks now, but did still want to update since it has been 6 months on Jenny Craig!
As of my last weigh-in on June 20th, at about 5 and a half months on plan, I’m down 38.8 lbs! That’s just about halfway!
Even though that’s not a whole month update, that’s 3.6 lbs since my 5 month update and that’s more than I lost that whole month.

Is it easy staying on plan? No. After 6 months I’m finding it harder to stay on track and only eat my JC foods instead of whatever anyone else is having, BUT I know that the plan works and seeing the numbers on the scale (and my pants) move is a big motivator!
I’m going to be sharing a few recipes soon on how I change up my Jenny Craig foods to add more volume and put a different spin on them.
Each week when I weigh-in at my Jenny Craig center, I share my loss on my personal facebook page and immediately the cheers start to pour in. That is a huge boost to my motivation and I know people are following along to see how I’m doing.
I’m heading back to my Jenny Craig center for a weigh-in and to pick up food for a fresh start next week and cannot wait to share a 7 month weight loss update with you!
