It’s been quite some time since I did a Friday Favorites. I really need to remember to do them more often because I really like sharing the random things about our life.
A few weeks ago, I picked up a new quilted coverlet set for our bed and I’m in love with it. It’s bright and happy. Owen completely loves it as well. It gives me a little of the beachy feel I love without being over-the-top.

Do you have food trucks where you are? It seems they are popping up all over. One of my favorites, Crave Eatery, has been around for several years now and has a great following. On Wednesdays, they’re at a local dairy farm – Kilby Cream – for dinner. This week, we had a beautiful and hot day, so dinner and play was perfect! Kilby’s has a great play area for the kids and yummy ice cream inside.
We planted a small garden this year and the boys have loved watering their garden and checking on the plants every day. This week we picked a few of our cucumbers. It’s super exciting and they are so proud of what they grew!
We picked a few more last night and the boys are loving their fresh cucumbers!
Last year before we went to Social Media on the Sand at Beaches Resorts Turks & Caicos, LeapFrog sent each of our boys a new LeapPad Platinum. They really love having their own tablets to watch videos, play games, take pictures, and record their own videos.
I finally uploaded the videos and pictures from Charlie’s LeapPad! He’s a budding youtube star, but I really loved all the fun selfies I found!
