Salisbury Zoo in the city that bears its name is one of the rare free zoos in the country. Ocean City's wooden walkway originated in 1902 and has since been rebuilt to extend to 2.5 miles. Almost every night, there is a free event for the family to enjoy! A five-story inflatable sphere lights up the beach with OC Beach Lights (schedule varies). During summer and early Fall months, watch free family-friendly movies on the beach. Every morning at 10 a.m., learn about beach safety with lessons about sharks, knot-tying, and more at the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum.
