Getting healthy doesn't happen overnight, but there are so many healthy habits you can start today!

During the winter I’m very guilty of driving down to the bus stop to get Charlie in the afternoons. Now that it’s getting warmer, Owen and I have been walking around the neighborhood and finishing up at the bus stop! It’s a simple step in the right direction!

Stay Positive:

When it comes to getting healthy, it’s not all physical. Sometimes it’s a mental thing as well. Try to stay as positive as you can. Scan Pinterest for quotes that make you feel good and very positive. Hang around people that are also positive. This is a very important step in being a healthier you. Not to mention, you can start doing this today!
