I make a run to BJ’s Wholesale Club about once a week around here. Between grabbing things for school events as a PTO board member and stocking up on items for the house, there’s always something we need. I love that BJ’s Wholesale Clubs have everything we need from fresh produce and baked goods to toys and health and beauty items.

What are we using denture cleanser for?
You can clean sports mouthguards with denture cleanser!
Charlie wears a mouthguard for sparring during karate a few times a week. A mouthguard helps protect teeth and gums from injury, which is a possibility for kids in martial arts or those that play lacrosse, football, or hockey.
Of course, a mouthguard for sports can get a little stinky and carry some bacteria. They should be cleaned after each use and given a deeper cleaning weekly.
After each use, we have Charlie rinse his mouthguard and case with warm water or mouthwash.
As for that deeper cleaning, you can use Efferdent!
Fill a glass with warm water and drop a cleaning tablet into the water.
Place the mouthguard in the solution and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Give the mouthguard a good rinse and store it in its container.
If your kids wear a mouthguard for sports, make sure they keep it clean!
Oh, and don’t forget to print your Efferdent coupon to use at BJ’s Wholesale Club and check your Valpak envelope to find additional Efferdent savings.
