Loaded with M&M's, oats, and chocolate chips, these No-Bake Monster Cookie Bites are the delicious and chewy snack you need.
I went back and forth quite a bit deciding whether to call these delicious snacks monster cookie balls or monster cookie bites. Whatever you want to call them, just make them and eat them.
Honestly, I didn't plan on doing a blog post for these but decided at the last minute that I might as well throw them up on the site.
So, you get some final images with a few quick snaps of the kids making them.
These Monster Cookie Bites are perfect for the kids to make.
They get to mix things with their hands, roll them around to form balls, and essentially play with their snack!
Of course, you can eat some of these while making them or wait for them to harden in the fridge after a bit.
You just need a few ingredients: peanut butter, honey, vanilla, quick oats, chocolate chips, and mini M&M's.
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini M&M's
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Form balls that are about 1" each and set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a silicone mat.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow balls to harden some.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
These can be stored in the fridge for about two weeks.
You may need to wash hands after every few balls while rolling to keep them from sticking to your hands.
