Pepsi CrockPot Ribs

Who's ready for that big football game that's coming up? Did your team make it to the playoffs? Our team never had a chance this year, but that doesn't stop us from watching the Big Game!

Not only do I love plopping on the couch after church on Sundays to watch the game, but I love all of the awesome food that comes with football season! Today I'm sharing an awesome recipe that was shared with me by my friends at Pepsi.

Pork Ribs and Pepsi from Acme

These Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs are delicious. I love being able to toss dinner in the slow cooker and not have to worry about it for several hours, which is perfect for us on Sundays. I can put it in before we head out for church and it's ready by game time.

Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs are easy and delicious! Perfect for a game day spread when paired with a deli potato salad and fresh bakery rolls from ACME.

Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs Recipe

We picked up everything we needed at ACME to have a great Game Day meal! The pork back ribs were buy one, get one free and we love ACME's meat selection, so we made sure to stock up.

I grabbed fresh rolls from the bakery and a yummy potato salad from the deli. We picked up the Steakhouse Potato Salad and it's amazing – cheese, bacon, potatoes – what's not to love? Both paired perfectly with our Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs and didn't require any extra effort on my part.

Great recipe! It’s super simple and fool proof. We used a different cola drink since we’re from Atlanta. 🙂
    Thanks!

I love anything filling that doesn’t take me all to prepare for superbowl. These Pepsi ribs definitely fell into that category. We loved them! Thanks!
