Ingredients
  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • strawberry frosting (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well blended. It will form a thick dough.
  2. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with a cooking spray (or coat with extra oil). Pat the dough into the pan evenly.
  3. Bake the brownies at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  4. Cool the brownies completely before frosting. A strawberry frosting or a simple glaze tastes great on these brownies.
