You guys!!! Have you seen that Oreo O’s are back? I found ours at Shop-Rite! Of course, we’re there shopping at least weekly anyway for all of our necessities.

You might be thinking “I’ve never heard of Oreo O’s before but I’m intrigued”, or it might be an old childhood favorite that brings back waves of nostalgia just thinking about it, but either way the good news is that they’re back and better than ever! Chocolatey, crunchy O’s with that OREO® cookie taste you love and a rich creme coating combine to give you a bowlful of cookie milk that tastes so good you’ll finish it off with a smile.
The boys were super excited to try this new chocolate cereal!
They were also pretty excited to try a yummy new dessert I whipped up: Cereal Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 cups Oreo O's cereal
  • ice cream
Instructions
  1. Grease 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a pot over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cereal.
  5. Dump cereal mixture into the greased dish and spread evenly.
  6. Make sure cereal mixture is pressed together. You can place a piece of parchment paper down and then use your hands to press firmly.
  7. Allow cereal to cool at least 30 min.
  8. Once the cereal has set, slice into squares.
  9. Place a scoop of ice cream between two cereal squares.
  10. Can be made ahead and frozen.
