Creamy Stovetop Mac & Cheese is so easy and makes a perfect side dish for a quick pizza night!

It's official, Christmas is this week! Christmas week is full of craziness between wrapping the gifts, the fact that Charlie's already out of school for winter break, and numerous holiday activities going on. Now, for some reason, the people in this house still want to eat every day, several times a day, even with all of that going on.

I'm sharing a super simple dinner that you can have on the table in less than 30 minutes! That's not too bad, right?

Pizza and Mac & Cheese

I grabbed a couple of boxes of Red Baron® French Bread Pizzas from Walmart. I opted for the Red Baron® 3-Meat French Bread Pizza Singles for Tom and I and the Red Baron® 3-Meat French Bread Pizza Singles for the boys.

Red Baron at Walmart

I love how quick and easy these are! They come individually wrapped, so I was able to make the perfect amount for our family instead of the whole package at once.

Red Baron French Bread Singles

The French Bread Pizzas take about 22 minutes in the oven, which is plenty of time to whip up our super-creamy Stovetop Mac & Cheese!

I don’t think I’ve ever used cream cheese or american cheese in my mac & Cheese; we’ll have to try that. Sounds nice and creamy!

Looks yummy! We started a Christmas Eve pizza dinner tradition this year! I think mac n cheese, salad and some fruit would all be nice additions!
