I have partnered with Hormel Foods as part of their Extended Family Blogger Program. While Hormel Foods provides me with material and yummy food, all opinions are my own.
Football season is in full-swing at this point. Whether you’re throwing a big shin-dig and having everyone over for the game or vegging out on the couch by yourself, you need snacks!
Today I want to share a few ideas for a last minute football party! We all know what it’s like when you plan on just hanging out for the afternoon and then someone ends up wanting to get together. Just because it’s a last minute thing, you can still be prepared!
We like keeping a Hormel Gatherings Party Tray in the refrigerator for those last minute invites. Not only are these great to pull out for guests, you can take them with you! There are several varieties in different sizes that are available at most grocery stores.
We usually opt for the Hard Salami & Pepperoni, but love the Honey Ham & Turkey as well. Who doesn’t love a tray full of meat, cheese, and crackers? I like it because it’s a party food that the kids will eat, but so will the adults!
Now that you have the food covered, you’re going to need some last minute decorations!
Football Subway Art Printable from Eclectic Momsense – So cute and easy! Just print it out and toss it in a frame!
DIY Penalty Flags from Real Housemoms – These are quick, but look like something you really spent time on!
No Sew Football Field Table Runner from Growing Up Gabel – This table runner adds a special touch to your table without much effort on your part!
DIY Mickey Football Banner from Inspired by Dis – This will take a little more time, but put the kids to work on this one! It’ll keep you busy while you’re doing a few other things to get ready!
Football Bottle Wrapper Printables from Eclectic Momsense – Again, print and wrap around your bottles. It’ll look like you went all out, but I know your secret!
What are some of your favorite quick fixes for football parties?

Hmmm. I need to take some munchies to a meeting tomorrow. This would be very handy. Thanks.
