We took a trip to Ireland last year, but it was just us. We knew immediately the kids would love it, so this time we brought the kids to Ireland! Day 1 We left the house Monday, August 14th about noon and arrived at Newark International Airport at about 2:30, breezed through security, and sat […]

Do you know what’s better than eating a super awesome snack? Turning it into a craft! Kids love making crafts and being able to eat a yummy snack afterwards just makes it even better!
These Monster Snack Cups are an easy craft for preschoolers, but I’m sure the older kids would love it as well. Let’s be honest here, grown-ups still love crafting and we always love snacking!
You’ll need to grab a bunch of Nabisco Go-Paks! We used CHIPS AHOY! Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies and Mini OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, but you could use so many different options. You’ll also need a few varieties of Snack Pack® Pudding Cups, a can of Reddi Wip Original, and some gummy worms. Don’t forget your craft supplies while at Walmart! For these Monster Snack Cups, you’ll use paint, foam brushes, googly eyes, pom-poms, fuzzy pipe cleaners, glue, and whatever else you’d like to use!
I think these will be perfect for a Halloween Party or a Monster Party during any time of the year.
Before your guests arrive, empty the Go-Paks into separate sandwich bags. Next, paint all of the cups in a variety of colors. If you’ll be using a lighter color, you may need to do two coats of paint. It doesn’t have to be completely covered in paint to get the idea.
By the time the kids arrive, their paint should be dry so they can get right into the fun of decorating! Let them pick out their eyes (we found eyes that were actually stickers, which I thought were awesome).
The kids can use the pom-pom balls for noses, ears, or whatever else they would like.
And every monster needs a mouth! I love that pipe cleaners can be bent to make so many different shapes, perfect for mouths! Of course, you could also just use glitter glue or marker for a mouth.
Now that your monster is all created, you need to fill that cup with a yummy snack!
Remember those cookies in the sandwich bag? Take a few out and put them back in the cup. Crush the rest of your cookies in the sandwich bag (you’ll use them later).
Now pick one of the Snack Pack® pudding cups. You’re going to put about half of the pudding into the Monster cup now.
Top that with some Reddi Wip Original! Yummy!
Add the rest of your pudding on top of that.
Get out those gummy worms and add a few in here. They work best draped over the cup, but if they fall in, that’s fine too!
Now top your cup with the rest of your crushed cookies.
These are so cute! (Almost) too cute to eat!
If you push the gummy worms back in, you can put the lid back on top for easy transport. Charlie has already decided he’s going to be taking it to lunch.
Monster Snack Cups are fun to make and fun to eat! Because the cups are only $1 each, they’re cheap enough that you can pick up a bunch for a party! To make it even cheaper, here’s a Buy ONE (1) Snack Pack® Pudding and get ONE (1) FREE (up to $1.00) NABISCO Go-Paks! (2.25 oz. or larger) coupon!
The best part is that the Go-Paks don’t leak, so you don’t have to worry about that! The cups are not all the way full, meaning you can fit all this fun in the same cup!
