Bond with Your Mom over Gilmore Girls

The holidays really remind you how crazy your family is. Every family has their quirks and out-there personalities, and it’s no different on Netflix. Whether it’s the oversharing Bluths of Arrested Development or hugaholic Fullers of Fuller House, every family is unique. But those don’t hold a candle to the fast-talking, coffee obsessed Gilmores, who are making their highly anticipated return in Gilmore girls: A Year in the Life at midnight tonight on Netflix!

My mom, sister, and I always watched Gilmore Girls together, even when we weren’t together. While moving, I recently came across a conversation I had printed out from AIM that my sister and I were talking about men fighting over Lorelei. At the time, I was away at college and she was finishing high school at home with my mom.
