We took a trip to Ireland last year, but it was just us. We knew immediately the kids would love it, so this time we brought the kids to Ireland! Day 1 We left the house Monday, August 14th about noon and arrived at Newark International Airport at about 2:30, breezed through security, and sat […]

I participated in the Train Bulletproof Picasso album review program as a member of One2One Network. I was provided a free album to review but all opinions are my own.
I’ve been a Train fan since “Meet Virginia”. I remember bringing my portable cd player into middle school and having all my friends listen. That was quite some time ago now, but Train is still around and picking up speed.
Three-time Grammy winning San Francisco band Train’s upcoming new album, Bulletproof Picasso, is available for pre-order at iTunes and Amazon, giving fans the early jump aboard Train’s much anticipated 7th studio album in advance of its September 16th release date.
Although I’ve followed Train throughout their career, their style has definitely changed: it’s much more in the pop genre now I think than their mellow tones used to be. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still loving their music!
The new album, Bulletproof Picasso, is much like their last few albums, catchy and overall awesome. Of course, there are a few songs you like better than others, but I don’t really dislike any of them. In other words, when listening to the album, I won’t be skipping over any songs!
Tracklisting for Bulletproof Picasso:
1. Cadillac, Cadillac
2. Bulletproof Picasso
3. Angel In Blue Jeans
4. Give It All
5. Wonder What You’re Doing For The Rest Of Your Life
6. Son Of A Prison Guard
7. Just A Memory
8. I’m Drinkin’ Tonight
9. I Will Remember
10. The Bridge
11. Baby, Happy Birthday
12. Don’t Grow Up So Fast
As of right now, I think my favorite is #9 – “I Will Remember”. If you liked the slower, quieter Train, you’ll appreciate “Don’t Grow Up So Fast” and the lyrics for it are beautiful. Right now, you can check out “Bulletproof Picasso”.
