One of the thing I remember most about summer growing up is the ice cream man. My husband grew up out in the middle of nowhere (same town though), so he doesn’t have those same memories of running for money as soon as you hear the music. We currently live in a townhouse, so the ice cream man is a memory our children will have, just like many others!
This summer, Good Humor® is embarking on a mission to bring joy to our everyday life! They’re transforming East Coast cities into capitals of joy, one neighborhood at a time. They’ll be bringing joy to neighborhoods across Washington D.C from August 4 to August 22!
Good Humor® will engage with fans on Twitter, and send the Good Humor® Joy Squad through their neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., surprising and delighting them with frozen treats and other unexpected delights! The Joy Squad will show up in neighborhoods and at events, local retailers and local businesses – as well as some unexpected places – to bring joy to everyday life.
To make it even better, they’ve teamed up with the Washington Nationals mascots! They’ll be surprising D.C. residents together on August 11, stopping by Metro Center from 12 – 12:30 p.m. and Dupont Circle from 12:45 – 1:15 p.m. to offer frozen treats, photo opps and other fun surprises.
