Mason Jar Candy Corn Parfait

I love these super simple fruit parfaits that resemble candy corn! They’re perfect for a healthy fall snack.

I mean, how cute would these be for a Halloween party? Or how about  healthy treat on the dessert table at Thanksgiving?

We used greek yogurt in our Candy Corn Parfaits, but you could swap out that yogurt for whipped cream if that’s your thing.

I’m a sucker for anything in a mason jar. They just make everything look cute. The 4 ounce jelly jars are the perfect size for a quick snack or treat.

Ingredients

• ½ cup greek yogurt
• ¼ to ½ cup chopped pineapple
• ¼ to ½ cup mandarin segments

Instructions

1. Spoon the greek yogurt into the bottom of your serving container.
2. Evenly distribute the pineapple overtop, then follow with the mandarin slices.
3. Enjoy!
