We used greek yogurt in our Candy Corn Parfaits, but you could swap out that yogurt for whipped cream if that’s your thing.
I’m a sucker for anything in a mason jar. They just make everything look cute. The 4 ounce jelly jars are the perfect size for a quick snack or treat.
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ to ½ cup chopped pineapple
- ¼ to ½ cup mandarin segments
- Spoon the greek yogurt into the bottom of your serving container.
- Evenly distribute the pineapple overtop, then follow with the mandarin slices.
